Terms and Conditions for Visit to Fort Santiago

  • 1. Fort Santiago in Intramuros is open from 8:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening, Mondays to Sundays, except on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
  • 2. A valid entrance ticket or acknowledgement receipt for online transaction is necessary to enter the museum and park.
  • 3. Ticket purchased online is non-transferrable.
  • 4. Visitors are encouraged to strictly observed the date and time they have reserved to visit the museum and park.
  • 5.  In the event of any natural, man-made and other fortuitous events, the Intramuros Administration reserves the right to close Fort Santiago and refuse entry.
  • 6. Students, senior citizens and persons with disability (PWD) who purchased online tickets must present valid identification (ID) card upon entry in the museum and park, as proof of the discounted ticket. In case of misrepresentation, the Intramuros Administration reserves the right to refuse or deny entry of the said visitor.
  • 7. Visitors may have the option to purchase a new ticket for any mis-declaration.
  • 8. Visitors are encouraged to strictly observe and follow the museum and park rules and regulations.
  • 9.  Cleanliness is a paramount concern of the Intramuros Administration.  Hence, visitors are encouraged to observe proper disposal of waste, appropriate segregation, and use of trash bins and receptacles to maintain the beauty and sanitation in the park.
