However, Administrator of Intramuros Administration may authorize its officer or personnel to view your Personal Information to investigate and take action regarding suspected unlawful activities, to protect the rights of Intramuros Administration

Third-party partner of Intramuros Administrator, such as, Land Bank of the Philippines will need your booking or venue reservation details to complete your transaction.  The services to be provided by this party is clearly indicated as such. We only share information that we deemed are required to complete the particular service you have arranged with Intramuros Administration. This may include your identity and contact information.

We may also share aggregate information with partners, such as the Tourism Knowledge Center and the Department of Tourism. Aggregate information do not relate to your personal and billing information. Examples of aggregate information are the number of visitors to this Website, number of confirmed visits, and number of confirmed bookings and venue reservation using this Website.
